FREE UK SHIPPING
Subscription Orders:
• Enjoy FREE UK shipping on all monthly subscription orders
• No minimum order value
• Automatic application at checkout
One-Time Purchases:
• Standard UK shipping rates apply if below minimum order value
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout
PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
UK Mainland:
• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• Orders dispatched via Royal Mail or courier service
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to:
• All UK mainland addresses
• Northern Ireland
• Scottish Highlands and Islands (may take an additional 1-2 days)
• International shipping also available and calculated at checkout. Please allow additional time for international orders. Any additional custom fees will be payable by the buyer upon receipt of the item, if applicable.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:
1. Check with household members or neighbours
2. Look in safe places (porch, mailbox)
3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
4. Contact us at hello@cognogreens.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us immediately at hello@cognogreens.com
3. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you
Incorrect Address:
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
• We cannot redirect packages once shipped
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment to the correct address
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
For monthly subscription customers:
• Your shipment will be dispatched automatically each month
• You'll receive a reminder email before each shipment
• Update your shipping address anytime through your account portal
• Pause or skip a month if needed - just contact us 48 hours before your next renewal
