At CognoGreens, we want you to have complete control and flexibility over your subscription. We've made it easy to manage, pause, or cancel your monthly deliveries.

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

When you subscribe to CognoGreens:
• You'll receive automatic monthly deliveries of your premium organic supergreens
• Your payment method will be charged automatically on your renewal date
• You'll save 20% on every order (£42 instead of £52.50)
• You'll receive FREE UK shipping on all subscription orders
• You'll get an email reminder before each charge
• Deliveries are sent on the same date each month

CANCELLATION POLICY

No Commitment, Cancel Anytime:
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• No minimum subscription period required
• Your cancellation takes effect immediately

How to Cancel:
You can cancel by either;
Clicking the link in your order emails

Cancellation Timing:
• To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date
• If cancelled after processing, the shipment will still be sent but future deliveries will stop
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed

PAUSE OR SKIP A DELIVERY

Need a break? No problem!
• Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
• Skip individual deliveries if you have product left
• Resume anytime without re-subscribing

• Or contact us at hello@cognogreens.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal

MODIFY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can also:
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Change your next delivery date

REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription orders:
• If you're unsatisfied with any delivery, request a refund within 30 days
• Cancelling your subscription does not automatically process a refund for received orders

AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

By subscribing, you authorize CognoGreens to:
• Automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle
• Continue charging until you cancel your subscription
• Send you email reminders before each charge
• Update pricing in accordance with our Terms of Service (with advance notice)

Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless cancelled.
